The only accounts that we still service are in SPRING BRANCH CROSSING and PINE ROCK/WHITE ROCK. If you DO NOT live in these subdivisions, then you need to contact TEXAS WATER UTILITIES at 866-654-7992. You will NOT be able to pay your bill here.
